Exchange & return
You have 5 days from receiving your order to ask for an exchange or a return.
- Message us on Instagram with your order number and a photo of the piece.
- Tell us whether you want a different size, a different piece, or a refund.
- We confirm and arrange the pickup or the drop-off with you.
- Once the piece reaches us and passes the check, we ship the exchange or issue the refund.
What we can accept
- Unworn and unused, with tags and original packaging intact.
- Within 5 days of delivery.
- You may open the package in front of the courier and refuse it on the spot if the size is wrong.
What we cannot accept
- Worn, washed, altered or damaged pieces.
- Clearance items — no exchange and no refund.
- Buy 1 Get 1 — exchange only, no refund.
Fees
Shipping fees are deducted from refunds. Exchanges may carry an extra shipping fee depending on your area.
