How long does delivery take?

Orders usually arrive in 2–4 days inside Egypt. You get a tracking link as soon as the order ships.

Can I exchange or return?

Yes. Exchanges and returns are handled through Instagram DM, within 5 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn and unused with tags and packaging intact. You can open the package on delivery and refuse it if the size is wrong. Shipping fees are deducted from returns.

What about sale and clearance items?

Sale items can be exchanged or refunded. Clearance items cannot. Buy 1 Get 1 is exchange only.

How do I pick my size?

Every product page shows the size chart, the size the model is wearing, and a Find your size tool that takes your height and weight. If you are between sizes, take the larger one for a looser fit, or message us.

Do you ship outside Egypt?

Message us on Instagram with your country and we will quote shipping before you order.

How do I pay?

Card at checkout, or cash on delivery where it is offered. You will see the available options at checkout.

Do you make custom pieces?

Yes — that is our One to One service. Tell us the idea, we sketch and quote, you approve, we make it.
