Track your order

Here is how to find your order once it has shipped.

  1. Check your email for the shipping confirmation. It contains your tracking link and tracking number.
  2. Open the tracking link. It shows the courier's latest scan and the expected delivery day.
  3. If you have an account, you can also see your orders under your account.
  4. No email after 48 hours? Check your spam folder first, then message us with your order number.

Delivery times

Inside Egypt, orders usually arrive in 2–4 days. Drops and pre-orders can take longer; the product page says so when that applies.

Something looks wrong

If tracking has not moved for more than three working days, or the address on your order is wrong, message us straight away with your order number and we will chase it with the courier.
